Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Zones & Estimated Delivery Times

France Delivered via DPD (Predict, Classic) or Pickup relay points. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.

Europe (Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and 16 additional countries) Delivered via UPS or DPD. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on destination.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service. Free shipping may be available above certain order thresholds — check at checkout.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
